COVID-19 UPDATE - There may be delays in posting due to Covid 19.

Any An Post or courier delays are beyond the control of Craft Outlet Ireland. Craft Outlet Ireland normally ships orders within 3 days (unless customised order which may take up to 2 weeks). Any unforeseen delays will be notified by email. The estimated delivery date for pre-order products will be clearly indicated on the product page and you will need to accept this timeframe before adding the products to your cart.

Ireland/Northern Ireland Deliveries

We currently only offer tracked deliveries anywhere in Ireland at a cost of €6.95 (including Northern Ireland).

Free shipping for orders over €100 in Ireland & Northern Ireland. Change of delivery address may incur further charges.

We currently us An Post for deliveries. For heavier parcels, we will select which courier company we dispatch your parcel with.

It is important you provide us with the correct Eircode as this is what will be used to direct the post/courier to your address.

You will be provided with a tracking number with which you will be able to track your parcel online.

International Deliveries

The cost of shipping to your country will be calculated at checkout once you have updated your details.

Orders over 25kg may incur further charges, Orders to Islands will also incur extra shipping charge.

Not all our products are available for shipping outside of Ireland, our website will let you know if this is the case.

Deliveries will be made Monday - Saturday during business hours.

For click and collect shopping, please select ‘Local Pickup' from the delivery options.

• When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for collection from our shop. Please do not arrive until you receive this email.
• Collections will be available by prior agreement on day and time.
• As Craft Outlet Ireland is online only, collection will be from a place of residence.
• A meeting point can be arranged by prior agreement.
