If you find a product unsuitable and wish to return item for exchange or refund, please note the following:- -

• Goods returned must be in original packaging, with all original labels still attached.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.- Goods be accompanied by receipt and note of reason for return.
• Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days of receipt.- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
• Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable. Except in circumstances where the product is damaged or mal-functioning.
• Replacement goods will be send out once the original goods have been received. Refunds will be processed immediately after return of goods. It may take 3 days for your bank to show the refund into your account. Please ensure you use tracked delivery for your returns.

Personalised goods : no refund/exchange will be offered on personalised goods unless the item arrived damaged or an error in personalisation was made by Craft Outlet Ireland. Please ensure you double check for spelling mistakes etc.. when requesting a personalised order.
